Premios Eisner: Image lidera las nominaciones al "Óscar" de los cómics

"The Department of Truth", "Decorum" y "Gideon Falls" encabezan el listado de lo mejor de la historieta en el último año.

Nuevamente llegó esa temporada del año en la que conocemos los cómics y autores nominados a los Premios Eisner, el equivalente a los "Óscar" en el noveno arte, donde se galardona a lo mejor de la historieta.

La premiación se realiza año a año en el marco de la Comic-Con de San Diego, pero -como sabemos- aquel evento fue cancelado por segunda vez a raíz de la pandemia y nuevamente se realizará con una edición digital.

Por ello, la ceremonia de premiación volverá a ser virtual en julio, al igual que el año pasado donde lideraron las mujeres.

Ahora, podemos observar que en las 32 categorías hay una clara supremacía de los cómics de la editorial Image, que tiene a "The Department of Truth", "Decorum" y "Gideon Falls" con la mayor cantidad de nominaciones, aunque también destacan "Bitter Root", "Pulp", "Middlewest y "Stillwater".

DC también tiene presencia gracias a "Rookie", la historia de Greg Rucka y Eduardo Risso que salió en el Detective Comics #1027 y "The Other History of the DC Universe #1", de John Ridley y Giuseppe Camuncoli, además del genial "Superman's Pal Jimmy Olsen" y "Strange Adventures".

Marvel también dice presente gracias a los trabajos de Chip Zdarsky, Matt Fraction, Marco Chechetto y Peach Momoko, por mencionar algunos.

Lo importante de este listado es que es una muestra de pura calidad y no se arrepentirán de poner sus manos en estas obras.
